Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Hayrris. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on bank holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.​

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Hayrris ships to addresses within United Kingdom, but we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside United Kingdom.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Hayrris is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Hayrris is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Hayrris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we're here to help!

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that certain items, such as underwear / 3D printed / custom-made / service, are non-returnable.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at hayrrismarketing@gmail.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the returned item.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning items are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at hayrrismarketing@gmail.com, and we will provide further instructions.

Exceptions

Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
